Prices for massage and acupuncture vary a lot across York Region — and the number on a website is not always the number you pay. This guide lists exactly what I charge, how the tax works, and how insurance receipts apply, so you can compare with confidence before you book.
Massage prices include 13% HST — the price you see is the price you pay. Acupuncture is HST-exempt. So a 60-minute studio massage is $130 all-in, and a 60-minute acupuncture session is $120 flat. No hidden fees; if parking charges apply to a home visit, they are confirmed with you in advance.
Every treatment includes an official receipt. Massage receipts are issued under my RMT registration and acupuncture receipts under my Registered Acupuncturist registration — the receipt matches the treatment you received. You pay at your visit (e-transfer or cash) and submit the receipt to your insurer for reimbursement. Whether a claim is covered, and how much, depends on your individual plan: many plans cap the amount per visit or per year, so it is worth checking your coverage before your first session.
Prices on this page are current for 2026 and are the same prices shown on the booking page. Related reading: massage & acupuncture in Richmond Hill · massage aftercare · acupuncture aftercare.
